This immersive workshop invites participants to explore their creativity and connection within the scoliosis community. You do not need to be “an artist” already! We begin by sharing personal introductions and reflecting on how we relate to creativity in our lives and bodies, and how a physical condition like scoliosis may have shaped that. Through open dialogue and group discussion, we’ll dive into themes of identity, artistic purpose, and the evolving nature of creative expression. Then we will explore a gentle guided movement session, followed by a body scan meditation to close.
